WHAT WE OFFER
TRAUMA COURSES

Reboot Recovery is a 12-week, faith-based course that provides practical help to Service Members, First Responders, Veterans and their Families dealing with trauma and the stresses associated with service. Course materials, meals and childcare are provided at no cost to participants. Our aim is to remove any obstacles that could deter potential participants from coming to the course.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Our organization actively engages with the Chaplains of our local military bases providing them and their trainees care packages, meals and a caring environment during the Holiday Season. We collaborate with other organizations such as the Warriors Journey and the Roever Foundation to raise awareness about trauma-related issues and to foster a supportive environment for individuals on their path to recovery. We make ourselves available to Pastors in an effort to provide guidance and assistance in ministering to the Military and First Responder community in their area.
BUILD A COMMUNITY

At Arms of Comfort, we endeavor to build a community that creates nurturing connections, relationships, and a sense of belonging, especially for those transitioning from a life of service to civilian life. We do this through regular meetings, outings and outreach programs. Some examples are Veterans Day luncheon, First Responder BBQ, potlucks, local trips and fundraisers that give back to the Military and First Responder Communities.
